Collaborating w choreographer Andrea Ordaz, I came up with a live performance to compliment her movement, including melodies, rhythms, and instruments to support the central idea of the piece; Ordaz’s experience as a first generation, Mexican American woman.

Martha Gray and I recorded interviews with the dancers in her thesis months before the show. She selected specific sections of those interviews and choreographed movement to which I scored the piece.
